Northeast Academy Health and Wellness Day 2022

A few weeks ago I taught several 20 minute Taekwon-Do classes for the kids at Northeast Academy Elementary School in Mystic, as part of their annual Health and Wellness Day.

I received this poster in the mail today from one of the classes and I could not be more thankful. It now has a prominent position on the wall in our studio.

They even remembered the Three S’s of the Taekwon-Do Kids Program: Stretching, Strength and Stamina

They were a great group of kids and we had a lot of fun. Thank you staff at Northeast Academy. I look forward to seeing you again next year.
